Members of Brant Broughton and Stragglethorpe Parish Council are summoned to attend a Meeting on Thursday 24th February 2022 at 7.30 pm
The meeting will be held in the Village/Jubilee Hall on West Street, Brant Broughton.

2. Public time to include County and District Councillor reports.
3. Apologies for absence.
4. Resolution to approve the Minutes of meeting held on 13th January 2022.
5. Village email circulation – all updates done.
6. Trees and Rectory Field– three-yearly inspection carried out. Resolution as to any works to be authorised.
Update on moles on Rectory Field and resolution as to next steps.
Cherry trees – resolutions as to wording for plaques and purchase of metal guards.
7. Bus shelter – resolution as to purchase of noticeboard.
8. Planning –
21/1550 – 6 poultry houses at Leadenham –further amendments including to Environmental Statement – further response to be agreed.
21/1873 – 14 Church Lane, BB – fell mixed scrub – approved.
22/0033 – The Shielings, Stragglethorpe – proposed pagoda – pending consideration.
22/0058 – Midvile House, Meeting House Lane – fell willow – pending decision.
9. Queens Platinum Jubilee – update by Cllr Swain.
10. Brant Broughton Almshouses – nomination of Trustee.
11. Financial – Resolve to sign Bank Reconciliations at 31.1.22
Bank balance at 31.1.22 is £19,501.41.
