Members of Brant Broughton and Stragglethorpe Parish Council are summoned to attend the Meeting on Thursday 14th October at 7.30 pm The meeting will be held in the Village/Jubilee Hall on West Street, Brant Broughton.

1. Declarations of interest
2. Public time to include County and District Councillor reports.
3. Apologies for absence.
4. Resolution to approve the Minutes of meeting held on 26th August.
5. Highways –Are we still on track for completion of outstanding works by Christmas? (MO). Overgrown vegetation cleared?
6. Ginnel – West Street/Robinson Place – NK seem to only own the Robinson Place end of the ginnel – waiting to hear from LCC if they own the rest, down to West Street. Next course of action to be agreed.
7. Trees – diarised for October.
8. Phone kiosk – update by Cllrs Swain/Cain. Defib is now installed – decision/clarification as to who is going to do weekly checks.
9. Bus shelter – update by Cllr Swain.
10. Planning – 21/0915 – 47 High Street – conversion of outbuildings for garden room and gym – approved; 21/1043 – Land adjacent Orchard House, Stragglethorpe – Lawful Development Certificate – approved; 21/1410 – 110 High Street, BB – tree works – pending consideration; 21/1397 – Preschool – retain prefab building for further 5 years – pending consideration.
11. Queens Platinum Jubilee – update by Cllr Swain.
12. Financial – Resolve to sign Bank Reconciliations at 31.8.21 and 30.9.21. Bank balance at 30.9.21 = £25,271.85. Payments since last meeting: Salary and expenses £1023.28; BB PFA grant £745; Litter pick £300; Defibrillator £2,466.00.
