Members of Brant Broughton and Stragglethorpe Parish Council are summoned to attend the Meeting on Thursday 26th August at 7.30 pm The meeting will be held in the Village/Jubilee Hall on West Street, Brant Broughton.

2. Public time to include County and District Councillor reports.
3. Apologies for absence.
4. Resolution to approve the Minutes of meeting held on 8th July.
5. Highways –Various potholes – specifically Church Walk. Vegetation over footpath outside playing field. Update on re-surfacing of West Street.
6. Ginnell – West Street/Robinson Place – resolution as to damaged fence.
7. Rectory Field – update on gate repair.
8. Trees – diarised for October.
9. Phone kiosk – update by Cllrs Swain/Cain. Defib paid for – delivery date tba.
10. Bus shelter – update by Cllr Swain.
11. Planning –21/0880 – 106A High Street –alterations and new garage/stables – approved; 21/0915 – 47 High Street – conversion of outbuildings for garden room and gym – pending consideration; 21/1003 – tree works at 32 High Street – approved.
4 Coldrons Way consultation – discussion and resolution as to any concerns.
12. Queens Platinum Jubilee – Cllr Swain will take first meeting on 7th September.
13. Litter pick – application by pre-school for spring 2022, and application for autumn 2021 and spring 2022 by playing field committee. Resolution as to appointment.
14. Financial – Resolve to sign Bank Reconciliation at 31.7.21. Bank balance at 31.7.21 = £29,806.13. Payments since last meeting: Salary and expenses 346.04; PD Langford/Guide Dogs £50; Village Hall £15; Bank charge £18; Phone box and bus shelter costs £84.39; BB PFA grant £690.
