Members of Brant Broughton and Stragglethorpe Parish Council are summoned to attend the Meeting on Thursday 8th July at 7.30 pm The meeting will be held in the Village/Jubilee Hall on West Street, Brant Broughton.

1. Declarations of interest
2. Public time to include County and District Councillor reports.
3. Apologies for absence.
4. Resolution to approve the Minutes of meetings held on 27th May 2021.
5. Highways –Various potholes.
6. Rectory Field – adjacent path has been tidied up.
7. Trees – unable to get response from Pearsons Nursery for guidance/costings.
8. Phone kiosk – update by Cllr Cain. Place order for defib?
9. Bus shelter – resolution to agree paint type/colour and cost.
10. School project - update by Cllr Cain. Resolution to pay for two planters at £40 each plus compost and plants (school to retain ownership), plus purchasing cost of bulbs.
11. Planning – 21/0476 –annexe at 5 Lincoln Road, BB – pending consideration; 21/0867 – tree works at 120 High Street – pending consideration; 21/0880 – 106A High Street –alterations and new garage/stables – discussion and resolution for response.
12. Christmas Tree – resolution as to purchase for this year – supplier?
13. Queens Platinum Jubilee – will we be organising something?
14. Financial – Resolve to sign Bank Reconciliations at 31.5.21 and 30.6.21. Bank balance at 30.6.21 = £31,009.56. Payments since last meeting: Salary and expenses £1,081.63 ; Grasscutting £570; Insurance renewal £260.09; Phone kiosk refurbishing tools £51.35; ICO sub £35; BFPA grant £1401.34.
