Members of Brant Broughton and Stragglethorpe Parish Council are summoned to attend the Meeting on Thursday 5th March 2020 at Jubilee Hall, Brant Broughton for 7.30 pm
Members of the public are welcome to attend every meeting to discuss any issues you wish to raise, in the time allotted. After the public time has ended, the public can choose to leave, or stay to listen to the rest of the agenda.

- Co-option of new Councillor.
- Declarations of interest
- Public time to include County and District Councillor reports.
- Apologies for absence.
- Resolution to approve the Minutes of meeting held on 23rd January 2020.
- VE Day celebrations – Cllr K Salmon. (£400 held in reserves for village events).
- Highways –vegetation over footpath at Welbourn Road/High Street; update on footpath at Spring Cottage, High Street; pavement outside Broughton House College; potholes on West Street outside village hall. Update on meeting with Highways – nil response from MO.
- SID – payment has been made – any update on funding from S106? Westcotec checked SID at Welbourne end of village and it is fine.
- Land adjacent to Parish Field – Response sent to enquiry from Parishioner. Any easements are retained by the Diocese. Resolution as to which quote for gates to accept. Awaiting confirmation letter of no objection from PCC.Resolution to accept quotation from PB at £1000 (increase of £70 p.a.)
- Assets and liabilities – despite chasing, still no invoice for parts.
11. Planning – 20/0024 – tree works at Church – pending consideration.
20/0191 – Spring Cottage – variation of plans – comments required.
20/0241 – tree works at 55 High Street – comments required.
20/0242 – tree works at Broughton House College – comments required.
12. Welcome letter - agree distribution allocation.
13. Grants – letter of thanks from Elaine Bedford. Resolution with regard to request from PCC for financial assistance towards the upgrade of the quarter chime side of the clock – total cost £1,992 + VAT. This is in addition to the agreed £1,500 already made.
14. Annual Parish Meeting – discuss format.
15. Finance –
Bank balance at 29.2.20 £14,248.94.
Resolution to sign income/expenditure/budget reconciliation.

Salaries £610.06; Westcotec £4,800.
