Members of Brant Broughton and Stragglethorpe Parish Council are summoned to attend the Meeting on Tuesday 10th December 2019 at Jubilee Hall, Brant Broughton for 8 pm

Members of the public are welcome to attend every meeting to discuss any issues you wish to raise. After the public time has ended, the public can choose to leave, or stay to listen to the rest of the agenda.

  2. Public time to include County and District Councillor reports.  Cllr Green – update on advisement of new Parishioners.

3.       Apologies for absence.

4.       Resolution to approve the Minutes of meetings on 22nd October and  4th November

5.         Highways –vegetation over footpath at Welbourn Road/High Street; update on footpath at Spring Cottage, High Street; pavement outside Broughton House College; potholes on West Street outside village hall.

6.            Village Entrance gates – now in place.

7.            SID – update by Cllr George.

8.           Land adjacent to Parish field – update on installation of gate.

9.         Assets and liabilities – Millennium sign update.

10.        Planning –

                              19/0886 – Two new properties at 9 West Street – refused.

                              19/1277 – demolition of office building and erection of new dwelling at land to north  of Vineyard Cottage, Stragglethorpe Lane – approved.

                              19/1442 – tree works at 2 Church Walk, BB – no objections.

                              Resolution for response to fact sheet on Central Lincolnshire Local Plan

11.          Grant applications and Litter picks – resolution regarding grant applications for 2020-2021.

12.          Christmas tree – in place – thanks to all involved in supply, delivery and decoration.

13.          Cluster meeting – next meeting is on 20th January 2020.

14.        Finance –

            Bank balance at 30.11.19  =  £20,755.85

             Resolution to sign income/expenditure/budget reconciliation.

             Consideration of precept calculation for finalising and resolution  at January meeting.
