Members of Brant Broughton and Stragglethorpe Parish Council are summoned to attend the Meeting on Thursday 23rd January 2020 at Jubilee Hall, Brant Broughton for 7.30 pm

- Vacancy for Parish Councillor – appropriate Notices on noticeboards and website.
- Highways –vegetation over footpath at Welbourn Road/High Street; update on footpath at Spring Cottage, High Street; pavement outside Broughton House College; potholes on West Street outside village hall. Update on meeting with Highways.
- Highways Grass Cutting – resolution regarding LCC cuts and /or having a Parish Agreement.
- SID – both SIDs are now up and running. Update regarding payment of invoice from Westcotec.
- Land adjacent to Parish Field - update on installation of gate. Resolution as to which quote to accept.
- Assets and liabilities – Millennium sign update.
