Brant Broughton and Stragglethorpe Parish Council Meeting of the Parish Council Members of Brant Broughton and Stragglethorpe Parish Council are summoned to attend the Meeting on Tuesday 11th June at Village Hall, Brant Broughton for 8 pm Members of the public are welcome to attend every meeting to discuss any issues you wish to raise. After the public time has ended, the public can choose to leave, or stay to listen to the rest of the agenda items.
Agenda 1. Declarations of interest.
2. Public time to include County and District Councillor reports
3. Apologies for absence.
4. Resolution to approve the Minutes of meetings on 30th April and 14th May.
5. Appoint a representative of the PC for St Helens Churchyard Committee, and a Finance Officer.
6. GDPR policy documents– resolution to adopt.
7. SID – update and resolution if required – (MG).
8. Village Entrance gates – update and resolution as to next step– (MG).
9. Tree Inspection–update on works (PD)
10. Assets and liabilities – Confirmation that all bins are in place (JS) Update on repair of the Millennium sign (PD). Update on wobbly bench and dying apple tree in orchard. Resolution on replacement of bus shelter windows at £419.66 + VAT. Resolution as to way forward to maintaining snicket between West Street and Robinson Close as this is not LCCs responsibility,
11. Planning – 18/1502 – Footpath 13 - pending consideration; 19/0430 – LBC for new Boiler at 23 High Street – pending consideration; 19/0634 – dormer window & rooflights at 53 High Street – agree response.
12. Grant applications – resolution as to how to select organisations for the litter picks – application form required? Consider application by Brownies.
13. Finance – (i) Bank balance at 31.5.19 = £33,042.24 (iii) Resolution to sign income/expenditure/budget reconciliation. Payments since last meeting: Salary and expenses £705.05; insurance £208.85; APM expenses £13.44; Oak Post for millennium sign £168.00; PFA grant £1,486.53; Primary school grant £341.50.
