Minutes of the Annual Meeting of the PC
MINUTES of the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council held at 7 pm on Thursday 16th May in the Jubilee Hall, Brant Broughton
Present: Cllr M George (in the Chair), Cllrs P Dunning, A Early, J and K Salmon, S Swain and P Thornburn.
24/12. Cllr J Salmon proposed and Cllr K Salmon seconded that Cllr George be re-appointed Chair. She accepted the position and it was resolved unanimously. She duly signed her Declaration of Acceptance of Office.
24/13. Cllr M George proposed and Cllr P Thornburn seconded that Cllr J Salmon continue as Vice Chair. She accepted the position and it was resolved unanimously. She duly signed her Declaration of Acceptance of Office.
24/14. The five remaining Councillors signed their Declarations of Acceptance of Office.
24/15. The Chair then read out her very informative concise report of things that the PC had achieve over the past year – a copy is attached to these Minutes.
24/16. Review of Councillors roles on the PC –attached to hard copy and on website.
24/17. It was resolved unanimously to accept the re-adoption of all Policy Documents and to adopt the new 2024 Financial Regulations. Clerk will add the latter to the website.
