8. Rectory field trees – resolution to confirm maintenance and upkeep of all trees in Rectory Field is the responsibility of the Parish Council.
9. Christmas tree lights for Rectory Field tree - update Cllrs Thornburn and Dunning.
10. Financial :
a. Resolution to sign bank reconciliation as at 31.10.23.
b. Interim internal audit signed off and satisfactory.
c. Resolution to agree recommendation by Grants Working Party that total grants for 2024-2025 be £8,616.
d. Discuss precept proposals and resolution to agree precept funding request to NKDC.
