4. Noticeboards – update on refurbishment of Stragglethorpe and High Street Noticeboards.
5. Information boards – update by Cllr K Salmon and Cllr S Swain.
6. Highways – village gates update – no change. Archer survey result.
7. Planning –
23/0593 – Tree works at 120 High Street, BB – pending consideration.
23/0622 – Tree works at 2 Swans Lane – pending consideration.
8. Policy for Donations to Charities – resolution to agreed amendment to Grants Policy.
9. Financial –
(A) Resolve to sign Bank Reconciliation at 31.5.23.
Bank balance at 31.5.23 was £31,809.58.
Payments since 31.5.23: £41.88 – noticeboard refurbishment; £50 – Internal auditor;
£16.66 – one-third share of LALC website maintenance; £874.39 – salary and
expenses.
