Members of Brant Broughton and Stragglethorpe Parish Council are summoned to attend a Meeting on Thursday 25th May 2023 at 7 pm
The meeting will be held in the Village/Jubilee Hall on West Street, Brant Broughton.

2. Co-option of Steve Swain.
3. Resolution to approve the Minutes of meetings held on 9th March and 11th May 2023.
4. Noticeboards – update on repair of Stragglethorpe and High Street Noticeboards.
5. Information boards – update by Cllr K Salmon and Mr S Swain.
6. Planning –
23/0091 – Land at Orchard House, Stragglethorpe – condition variation – approved.
23/0437 – Tree work at 10 Maltkin Lane – approved.
7. Relief in Need Charity – appointment of a PC Councillor as Trustee.
8. Policy for Donations to Charities – incorporate into Grants Policy.
9. Financial –
(A) Resolve to sign Bank Reconciliation at 31.3.23 and 30.4.23.
Bank balance at 30.4.23 was £33,940.56.
Payments since last meeting: Salary & expenses £1240.64; PFA grant £1783.64;
VH hire fee £32; Bank service charge £18; LALC membership £250.94; Coronation
expenses £159.87.
(B) Resolution as to which Insurers we should insure with from 1.6.23 Zurich or Aviva
(through BHIB).
