MINUTES of the Parish Council meeting held on 28th May 2020 at 1030 am at the bench at Brant Broughton Jubilee Hall.
Present: Cllr M George (in the Chair), Cllrs. J. Salmon and K. Salmon. There were no public present.
This meeting was purely for the purpose of approving and signing the AGAR (external audit) forms which had previously been circulated to all Councillors.
Due to expenses in excess of £25,000 we are unable to request a Certificate of Exemption and have to report to the External Auditor.
20/21-1. It was resolved that the Annual Governance Statement be signed.
20/21-2. It was resolved that the Accounting Statement be signed.
Meeting closed at 10.35 a.m.
