Meeting of the Parish Council
Members of Brant Broughton and Stragglethorpe Parish Council are summoned to attend a Meeting on Thursday 11th June at 7.15 pm. The meeting will be held in The Village/Jubilee Hall on West Street, Brant Broughton.

3. Resolution to approve the Minutes of the meetings held on 7th May 2026.
4. Highways & footpaths – Update on any accidents on A17.
5. Planning:
26/0141 – Demolition, extensions and new vehicular access – 100 High Street, BB – pending consideration.
26/0338 – Single storey extension and oak porch at 116A High Street – approved.
26/0460 – regularization of works at 118 High Street – approved.
26/0471 – Single storey extension and alterations at 10 Maltkin Lane – approved.
26/0481 – Former Marshalls Mill and land, Sleaford Road – demolition of existing building and erection of new office etc. – any objections?
6. Flood alarm system: Emergency Contacts List for approval.
7. Cherry tree on village green: update on Chris Clay’s advice.
8. Stragglethorpe noticeboard – update on removal of board.
9. E-mail list – all contacted and only a couple asked to be removed.
10. Financial:
Resolution to approve the bank reconciliation at 29.5.26. Bank balance at 29.5.26 is £33,124.84.
Resolution to pay £121.28 as a proportion of the SLCC subscription.
